Russell Otway is a U.S. Navy veteran (Legalman), public radio broadcaster, and strategic communications professional. He served alongside Legalmen at the Washington Navy Yard supporting criminal prosecutions, an experience that developed the precision legal professionals recognize immediately.

As a broadcast advertising executive at WDNA 88.9FM, he doubled revenue year-over-year and learned how perception shapes decisions before a word is spoken.

He founded Bold Copy Agency as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to bring that combination to firms that need it most.

Director of Production

Christian Santangelo is a video editor, colorist, and post-production executive with over 15 years of experience across commercial, broadcast, and narrative production.

He founded Media Offline in 2016 and has since directed video ad campaigns, managed post-production workflows, and delivered finished content for CBS, NBC, NFL Network, ESPN, Discovery Channel, NatGeo, A&E, AMC, FUSE, and ComicConHQ. His studio credit list includes EPK and marketing work for major Warner Bros., Universal, and Disney releases.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a double major in Communications and English from the University of Miami. At Bold Copy Agency, Christian is responsible for all visual output from concept through final grade.
